If a policy needs to be cancelled, please use the cancellation form below. If a unit on an existing policy no longer has a lienholder, please fill out the release of interest. Both can be emailed to bctoys@oasisins.ca or fax to Oasis at 1-866-488-6122.

In the event a mid policy change is required, please fill out the endorsement request form and fax or email it in to our office. Please complete all information that applies to the change for a faster response.
